About Event:
The pathology laboratory visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to routine diagnostic procedures. Students observed specimen collection, labeling, processing, staining, and microscopic examination. They were introduced to hematology, histopathology, cytology, and other laboratory investigations. The visit also helped students understand laboratory safety, quality control, biomedical waste management, and the importance of accurate reporting. It enabled them to correlate their theoretical knowledge with actual diagnostic practices and understand the role of pathology in disease diagnosis and patient care.
