Admission Eligibility

The institution offers admission to the following graduate programme:
Bachelor of Ayurved Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.)

Admission Qualification 12th standard with science (PCB) or any other equivalent examination recognized by concerned State Governments and Education boards provided the candidate passes the examination with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The General Category requires 50% marks and SC/ ST/ Physically handicapped requires 45% marks.
The Candidates are supposed to qualify NEET examination. Foreign students will be admitted having equivalent qualification and only after approval of Uttarakhand Ayurveda university.
Age Limit Applicant should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission.
Duration of the course Degree Course is of 4-1/2 years and 1 year rotatory Internship Training in different hospitals and dispensaries.
Total duration of course is 5-1/2 years.
Degree to Be Awarded Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurved Medicine and Surgery- B.A.M.S)
The candidate shall be awarded Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurved Medicine and Surgery- B.A.M.S) degree after passing the final examination and thereafter satisfactorily completing the compulsory rotatory internship extending over twelve months.This post is sponsored by our partners Wigs
